Note:  Any and all breeds, including mixed, registered or not,
are allowed in our classes
2012 Class Dates



March 7 to April 25

May 9 to June 27
September 5 to October 24

*Class cost is a low $75

Sessions are not held in July or August for the comfort of our canine partners,
and are not held in November or December due to the Holiday season.
  All classes are Wednesday evenings

starting times will be as follow:

Beginning Rally - 4:45 to 5:45 p.m.

  Intermediate Rally - 4:15 to 5:45 p.m.

Puppy and Basic/CGC - 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.

 

All Classes are 8 weeks in length for one hour per week.

 Conformation Classes

Mother Lode Fairgrounds, Sonora

Please call ahead of time to ensure that a session will be held

Classes will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday evenings
 These classes enable you to better show your dog in the conformation ring.
 This is an 8 week session, not a drop-in class.

Agility Classes

  

Location:  Upper field, Humane Society of Tuolumne County, Jamestown, CA

Classes are held in the Spring and Fall

Agility classes will start Tuesday, May 8th, Intermediate Agility 6:00, Advanced Agility 7:00 Thursday, May 10th, Beginning Agility 6:00, Club Members Fun Run 7:00, weather permitting. Please contact instructors for times and dates. Intermediate and Advanced will be on Tuesday evenings with Cherie as instructor, 532-9118. Beginning and Fun Run (for Club Members only) will be on Thursday evenings with Mary B. as instructor, 536-0526.
8 week session.  Dogs must have completed a basic dog obedience class or puppy class  and be at least 6 months old.
All classes are limited in size, so  please sign up soon.

The Sierra-Tuolumne Kennel Club, Inc., 

located in Sonora, California, was reorganized in 1973.

A Federal Tax Exempt organization under 501(c)4 of the Internal Revenue Code,
effective April 28, 1976

The Club's objectives are:

  1. To further the advancement of all breeds of purebred dogs;
  2. To do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of all breeds of purebred dogs and to encourage sportsmanlike competition at dogs show and obedience trials; and
  3. To conduct sanctioned Matches, Shows, and Trials under the rules of the American Kennel Club.

Club colors are Forest Green and Foothill Gold.  Meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m.  Meetings are held at the
 Humane Society of Tuolumne County's conference room,
at 10040 Victoria Way, Jamestown, CA  95327  The public is always welcome.  Just let us know you are coming, so we have sufficient meeting materials for you.
