Louisiana Yams Submitted by Jan Costa
3 cups mashed canned yams 1 cup sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup melted margarine 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup milk
Mix above together and put in a 3 quart baking dish
Topping
Mix together:
1 cup brown sugar 1 cup chopped pecans 1/3 cup melted margarine 1/3 cup flour
Put over top and bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes |
