BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

 2 lg. pkgs. frozen broccoli (either cut or tops)

1 cube butter

8 oz. Velveeta cheese

¼ lb. of Ritz crackers

 

Cook to crisp/tender and drain broccoli well.  Add cheese until it melts.  Stir until well mixed.  Pour into glass baking dish.  Crush Ritz crackers (in plastic bag).  Add 1/3 c. melted butter and mix.  Sprinkle on top of casserole.  Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min. or until golden brown.  

 

If making ahead of time wait to add cracker topping until putting in oven and reduce heat to 350 degrees for about 30 min. so as to heat up broccoli.
