Oriental Rice Salad
Add 1 1/2 cups brown rice to 3 cups water, salt,
simmer 45 minutes, cool.
Add to rice:
Mix together and add to above mixture, the
following ingredients:

3/4 cup vegetable oil, may use a little sesame
oil in this

1/2 cup sugar
-
1 1/2 Tablespoons lite soy sauce
-
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Salt to taste
Mix well, serve
