President Linda Grant called the meeting of the Sierra-Tuolumne Kennel Club to order at 6:05 pm. This month's meeting was held at the home of Mark and Holly Azevedo in Twain Harte.

Members present were: Linda Grant, Cherie Gessford, Lindsay Stark, Ann Brown, Fred & Pat Helmbold, Bruce Bertholf, Charlene Bertelli, Mark & Holly Azevedo, Mary & Al Kennedy, Minou Alexander.

Guests Present: Arlene & Bob Proebstieng

PRESIDENT’S REPORT-Linda: The club purchased a second laptop computer to use at trials. The work party was successful and all equipment was checked out and ready to go. After the work party some members (Linda, Lindsay, Bruce, Fred, Pat and Patti) went to Linda’s to do all the paperwork needed. All scribe sheets, gate sheets etc. were organized and the trial was all set to go.

Thank you to Mary Phoenix for doing such a good job on the lunch and hospitality. It was well received by all and we will do it again.

Buffet judges dinner at Snowshoe was perfect. Much better than ordering off the menu, this is also set up for the Sept. AKC trial now.

Check the website, some changes have already been made with more to come.

SECRETARY’S REPORT-Lindsay: premiums were shared and Linda shared pictures of the members present at the end of our agility trial.

TREASURER’S REPORT-Fred: A new CD account was opened.

OBEDIENCE, BASIC-Linda: Class will be help at Rotary Park on 7/10 due to the fair.

OBEDIENCE, PUPPY-Lindsay: See above.

AGILITY-Linda: Small basic class, intermediate class, and fun runs all going well.

SUNSHINE-Holly: Card and flowers sent to Pat Helmbold after her neck surgery. She is recovering nicely and even attended this meeting (les than a week after surgery)

PUBLICITY: All of our shows for next year will be listed in the next issue of the "Know it All" Linda and Lindsay are listed as club contacts for information.

Constitution/Bylaws-Lindsay: The Constitution was well received by all who attended the meeting. No one had any thoughts to add or corrections to make so it was decided that we will move the vote up to the July meeting. Please be there if you wish to vote on this new document.

TROPHY-Holly: The fancy 1^st place ribbons that were ordered for the NADAC trial were a huge success (some were even stolen by unscrupulous competitors) we have to come up with something fun for next year now. Donations are still being sought for the November show. If you wish to be listed in the premium you must pay for them now.

AKC TRIAL Sept. – Linda: Sent in paperwork for the new Prefferred classes. All metal jumps need to be fixed with the 4" jump height added. Cherie is fixing the broad jump and the old triple. Lindsay is working on the premium and will get that mailed the beginning of July. Sharlene Craig is to shadow and take over as trial secretary for next year.

BIG SHOW November-Linda: All the paperwork has been completed and mailed to AKC.

Ann and Holly (Golden Retriever): Holly is pregnant. Sonorgram shows 5 pups that are due 7/8

Linda and Dexi (Aussie): Pandi took 3^rd place in a open at our trial.

Lindsay and Becca (PWC): Got 2 more open standard legs on Saturday finishing her Outstanding Open title.

Holly and Kody (PWC): Got 1 open standard leg.

Bruce and Velvet (Doberman): Took Best of Breed and Group 1 on Thursday and BOB on Friday with her new handler

It was M/S/P by Linda/Ann to adjourn at 7:30 pm.
