President Linda Grant called the meeting to order at 6:00pm.

Agenda Items: This meeting was called specifically to review and edit the November Conformation Show premium and discuss all positions needed.

Due to the lateness of the date and the lack of judges it was M/S/P by Bruce and Cherie to not have Best Puppy this year.

We will not have the tattoo clinic this year, since they have not been contacted.

Bruce is to call the Cerf eye clinic and the Semen collection people to verify their participation.

Lindsay is going to check with Jennifer Mundy about being the on-site EMT again this year. She will also check with Dr. Serrer about being the emergency vet.

Trophies: It was decided that if trophies have not been paid for by the premium deadline of July 3, donators would not be listed in the catalog. Breed Trophies will not be offered this year.

Parking: After much discussion and debate, we figured out definitions for all variations of RV and trailers and what to charge for them. Bruce and Mark will be in charge this year with the help of the Moose Lodge.

It was M/S/P by Fred and Bruce that day parking fee be raised to $5.00 per car.

Judge’s Travel: Lindsay will handle.

Judges Dinner: Special Events Catering will cook again. BW room needs to be booked. Lindsay will take care of.

Hospitality: Pat Helmbold agreed to take over responsibility for the Judges lunch/hospitality. Lindsay will assist and still do pancake breakfast.

Vendors: Linda will send letters and it was M/S/P by Fred and Lindsay to reduce the space rental fee. We are hoping to attract more vendors this way. It was also M/S/P by Fred/Lindsay to provide free booth space to any dog service vendors

MISC.

Molly Mathieson will do Microchipping at graduation on Jul 17.

Linda requested permission to purchase a paper cutter. M/S/P by Bruce and Cherie.

Judges selection for the 2003 Big Show will get under way at their committee meeting next week.

It was M/S/P by Linda and Bruce that the meeting be adjourned at 8:33pm.
