Correction from the July 15, 2003 BOD Meeting:  Ann Brown was also present at this meeting.

President Linda Grant called the meeting to order at 5:30pm.

Agenda Items:

Class fee distribution: Motion by Cherie that the fees be taken out of the classes on a percentage rather than by thirds. Motion was seconded by Ann and passed by a majority vote 5-1 with Bruce voting nay.

EG: Basic has 50% intermediate has 25%, puppy has 25% of the students then Basic will pay 50% of the grounds fees while puppy and intermediate will pay 25% each.

Instructors classes: When instructors take advantage of their free class, given by another club member, the instructor for the class being taken will not receive payment for that student as the club in not receiving any income. If the class is being given by an outside instructor, that person will receive payment to be covered by the club.
